Unique Building : Water Tower

Seeking a design solution to the increasing water shortage in the Sudan, Polish firm UGO Architecture (previously H3AR) have proposed a building that formally marries access to and storage of underground waters with a building inspired by a traditional water tower and also by the symbol of the african savanna - the baobab.
